SHIPPING/RETURNS

FREE shipping for all US orders. US orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.   KEVAE eyewear may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.

All frames that are shipping outside of America will be charged duties based on the location of delivery. Each country has its own duty fees and may vary. The payment of duties must be covered by the customer upon receiving the product(s). All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business ( M-F) days after your order is placed before 12 PM Central. 

Warranty

At KEVAE, we stand behind your purchase. If you experience issues with the quality of design or product manufacturing problems, we offer a warranty within 365 days of purchase at no cost to the customer. Natural wear and tear does not qualify for the warranty.
